Sweet Thing - Cape to Koppi Guitar
A fun project commissioned by one of my very talented muso friends. He needed a design that complimented the cherrywood colour of his guitar - so we decided to do a reverse stencil that would use the warm hues of the natural cherry wood. The guitar travelled with him across South Africa on a train from Cape Town to the "OppiKoppi" Music Festival in Northam in the North West provence. He collected signatures and messages on the back of hie guitar throughout his journey... and the traveling guitar has been seen around camp fires and gatherings on regular occasions since then.
